Can AMS and ISF information be used interchangeably?
Review each set of information against the actual requirements. Shared fields still need the appropriate responsible party, required data and operational status confirmed.
What if the bill of lading and invoice differ?
Retain the original files and versions, identify the specific differences and confirm amendments with the relevant parties. The website inquiry form does not replace document review or filing.
Does an inquiry draft mean a filing is complete?
The draft records shipment requirements for review. Submission, acknowledgments, amendments and release must be confirmed against actual business-system responses.
